Michael Gerard T. Victoriano graduated from the Ateneo De Manila School of Law, Class of 2014. He received the Dean’s Award for Third Best Thesis of Class of 2014 for his J.D. thesis entitled, “DIGITAL RESALE: Assessing the Impact of R.A. 10372 and the First Sale Doctrine on Digital Media Transactions in the Philippines.” Subsequently, his work was published in Volume 60, Number 1 of the Ateneo Law Journal. As a law student, Mr. Victoriano was a seasoned debater having garnered the First Runner-Up Award for the Ateneo De Manila School of Law in seasons six and eight of ANC News Channel’s Square Off: The Firm Debates. After he was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015, Mr. Victoriano built on his passion for legal debate and has proven himself a dynamic and successful litigator. Outside of his professional work, he gives annual lectures on Criminal Law, Persons and Family Relations Law and Constitutional Law to freshmen students of the Ateneo De Manila School of Law.

Mr. Victoriano is a member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and a member of the Fraternal Order of Utopia, a legal fraternity founded in the Ateneo De Manila School of Law.
